Among buyer-focused agents, there are those better suited to serving first

franchisees nor are we affiliated with any national or international real
estate brokerage companies. We do not have any cross agendas or expect any
special perks from mega-regional or super-national real estate brokerage
firms. You will not find "banner ads" for any real estate brokerage firms on
our Web site. To do otherwise would sacrifice our independence. We are, simply
put, specialists with one and only one mission: finding you, the buyer,
your best real estate agent. This third party, independent approach to
recommending an agent ensures that the choice of agent is truly an objective,
unbiased, impartial one.
We rigorously screen real estate agents under consideration. The
individual agents, and any assistants or staff, are interviewed and screened,
and their offices, location, track record, professional designations and
services are analyzed. Alliance Realty & Mortgage Services reviews and considers:
Their market area served
The length of time they have worked in their geographical market
Their access to any local Multiple Listing Services
Their general knowledge of your destination city or town and its environs
Whether they have proven extensive familiarity with and knowledge of the individual communities which comprise your destination city or town
Whether they have earned special designations and completed specialized real estate training geared specifically to the needs of buyers
Whether they have proven experience working with relocating buyers
The strength of their negotiation skills
Most importantly, their willingness to listen to you and your needs.
The skills and experience needed to be an effective buyer’s agent differ from those needed to "list" homes for sale and represent sellers. Therefore, we work exclusively with buyer’s agents, particularly those with strong relocation counseling experience and a proven track record of success and client satisfaction. Whenever possible, we prefer our Exclusive Buyer’s Agents.
Accomplished real estate agents build their reputations and business success on their ability to attune themselves to the wants, needs, desires and expectations of each individual consumer. No two human beings are precisely alike, and no two approaches to satisfying their quests for owning a home should be exactly the same.
We recognize the potential that you will not be pleased with our recommended real estate agent; that there may not be a "good match" between buyer and agent. If so, we will quickly, and effortlessly, assist in finding another better suited to your needs.
